Job Description

Participate in a variety of recruitment amp; employee relations activities. Assist in developing and implementing employee relations programs, to effectively deal with problem resolution and performance issues. All duties must be performed with the highest degree of confidentiality and in compliance with the requirements of the labour law.



  • BSc in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of solid proven experience in recruitment amp; employee relations or similar role


  • Experienced working in the Restaurants, Retail or operations focused manpower-intensive industry


  • Fluent English amp; Arabic speaking amp; writing
  • Implements recruitment and selection programs, plans, policies and procedures.
  • Carries out recruitment functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting screening interviews and administering tests.
  • Build effective working relationships within the internal amp; external client organization, delivering high-quality professional services
  • Handles on-campus and off-site recruitment programs including job fairs
  • Handles the deployment of new hires on the HRIS systems.
  • Closely monitoring the HRIS database and related transactions to make sure that the system is updated and current
  • Conduct employee orientation/induction and introductory training so that new employees are quickly integrated into the organization
  • Administer, direct, and review employee relations programs, including reward amp; recognition and performance issues
  • Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws.
  • Assists in developing, planning, directing, and implementing procedures to produce effective and efficient management of the employee relations function
  • Provides guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding laws, regulations, policies, procedures and practices related to employee relations matters.
  • Facilitates communication among employees and management by providing guidance and consultation regarding problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, litigation avoidance and strives to resolve internal conflict informally through appropriate conflict management and mediation techniques.
Responsible for scheduling and conducting staff outings and sports activities Undertake and/or monitor the undertaking of surveys in motivational and well-being of employees
