You’ll work collaboratively across NZTE and our eco system partners, aligning our strategy for solutions, customer advisory and content development with customer needs, ultimately attracting, engaging and supporting more kiwi exporters. You will ensure our Customer Experience principles (Understand me, Empower me, Make it easy for me, Accelerate me) are embedded throughout the design and delivery of our dynamic core offer. You will always be on the lookout for opportunities to digitise and scale our offering, continuously evolving the solutions to meet changing customer needs.

A great relationship builder, you are engaging and persuasive, able to influence a range of stakeholders and gain buy-in to even the edgiest of ideas! Ideally you will have experience designing and delivering transformational customer experience strategy, and a passion for adopting digital technology solutions.You’ll be a significant contributor to the Export Customers leadership team and a leader people will want to follow. As a people leader you know how to inspire and coach a high performing team.
