The Director Operations is a vital role that will see you actively contributing to the strategy, culture and performance of the Export Customers group. You will ensure we work seamlessly, incorporating operational excellence and alignment across a broad range of important functions including our operating model (The Customer Way), customer data quality, ownership of digital tools, and export customer segmentation.You’ll create an ambitious improvement work programme and drive enhancements to the way we work, enabling teams to have the best opportunity to scale and deliver greater impact for more customers. You’ll be a significant contributor to the Export Customers leadership team and a leader people will want to follow. You’ll take every opportunity to support your teams’ growth and development, coaching and motivating them to reach their full potential.
