We are looking for a Facility Executive who will be responsible for coordinating facility maintenance operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Processing of mall, loading bay and police permits for Dubai and Northern Emirates for Retail Facility, Projects, VM, IT, Logistics, Marketing team and contractors to carry out general maintenance works, reactive and preventive maintenance.
- Processing of Media, Photography, and Events permit and DTCM permit for in-store events
- Visit Police stations when required for police permit approvals
- Coordinate with Mall Management, POS, Vendor, FM team for processing permits
- Review contract terms and work closely with internal legal department for contract terms review and approval
- Prepare DDC and LSRF to obtain Finance and Legal approval for new contracts and renewals
- Obtain new vendor details and share with Finance department for the request of new vendor creation in SAP
- Reconcile maintenance related invoices against purchase orders on monthly basis
Requirements
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Facilities Management, Real Estate or Luxury Retail
- Experience of managing communication with Internal and external stakeholders amp; Govt Authorities
- Experience of CAFM critical for the role
- Candidate should possess good analytical skills
