The Luxury Closet is looking for a highly motivated individual to assist the Customer Service team in the day to day operations of a successful luxury e-commerce company.

Responsibilities in detail

  • Assist the Customer Service team and be the point of contact for customers.
  • Provide exceptional support for calls and emails.
  • Assist online clients in purchasing and selling their luxury fashion items.
  • Manage the live chat function on the site to assist customers in real time.
  • Manage orders and returns of items.
  • Maintain a seamless flow of communication with multiple departments.
  • Serve as an advocate to engage customers and deliver happiness.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of previous professional experience as a Customer Service/Call Center Agent
  • Impeccable English and Arabic communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Pro-active service delivery attitude, willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on approach
  • MS Office expertise: Word and Excel
