-Someone who is okay and doesn't make a fuss about us or customer wanting a revision. Revisions are part of the job, nobody likes them, but they exist
-Always stay in touch and don't disappear with auto crashes, sick dogs amp; family members, lost phones, system crashes, and other bullshit stories
-Give proper and professional updates on the status of work
