2 years of professional design experience Bachelors or comparable experience in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field Strong technical background or the ability to quickly understand and articulate interactions in a complex technical environment, specifically in regards to new technologies (JavaScript, HTML 5) Thorough understanding of user interface design for social applications or rich Internet experiences Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively throughout. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and have been a part of successful new product launches
