• Coordinates with planning engineer for the design of the special projects. • Send the live capture after receiving the configuration from planning team. • As a proactive measure they does the site survey to confirm the power, cooling and rack space availability at site it can be customer site or MDF/IDF room. • Interact with customer prior to implementation and make them understand about the activity. • Coordinate with teams on the schedule date for cut-in. • At the time of cut-in the active devices they coordinate with teams and does the cut-in with close coordination with team and make sure the cut-in is successful. • In case of any issue they also do the troubleshooting. • once cut-in is done they do the ATP and fault monitoring • after successful cut-in they send the mail to concern team and update the records in SOS database on project completion. • Update the central folder with cut-in docs/pictures/ATP test results etc. • Communicate the same via e-mail
