· Act as a receptionist to the site administration.
· Operate a switchboard.
· Receive incoming calls and makes station connections.
· Take and transmit messages.
· Give routine information as requested.
· Process incoming and outgoing mail.
· Perform general clerical work as assigned including typing tasks.
· Place long distance calls.
· Direct visitors to the appropriate offices in a professional and courteous manner.
· Work cooperatively and courteously with supervisor and co-workers.
· Maintain various files.
· Print and copy reports and other data as assigned.
· Maintain a professional atmosphere in the reception lobby.
· Assist other departments as needed.
· Operate a variety of office equipment including a computer, fax machine and copier.
· Performs other related duties as assigned
