Office Girl shall provide adequate supply of hot and cold beverages to all Clients employees and Client Contractor’s personnel and visitors located in Client office throughout the working hours.
Office Girl shall provide adequate supplies and services for all staff and visitors during meetings for all offices and locations at the Client’s office.
Responsible for maintaining the kitchen items and equipment and submit quarterly report on the status.
Control the quantities of cups and other materials and maintain of adequate stock all the time (stock provided by client).
Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipments.
Interoffice information and the messenger job.
Arranging meeting room and personal office.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the pantry.
Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor / manager
