Assist in developing project certification and handover documentation system. Assist in developing project database structure. Review of Pre-Commissioning ITP's and related checksheets. Liaise with other project handover document stakeholders (IT/ENG/Doc. Control/Proc/AIMS/HSE/Sites/TPI etc) to determine stakeholders needs. Develop Schedule of deliverables requirements for each phase (mech. completion, pre-commissioning/commissioning & handover against project program. Liaise with subcontractors to establish handover records index and timings of handover document issue. Process project data to library/archive, hard copy, CD/DVD Copy maintaining secure controlled storage

Diploma / Graduate Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, Process or Instrumentation Technology with experience in QA within Oil & Gas Sector. 05 to 10 years experience in oil & gas. Excellent english communication skills and good computer skills (efficient in MS Office)
