THIS ROLE IS FULLY BASED IN RIYADH SAUDI ARABIA
Our client is a NEW private aviation company in the world operating Wide-body and Private Jet aircraft and Helicopters, we are seeking to hire the very best Chief Engineer who will develop, execute and maintain a 24/7 lean Maintenance Control Centre, providing guidance and support to the Duty Managers within the MCC. Additionally, ensuring sound decisions achieve dispatch reliability and On-Time Performance (OTP) without compromise to standards, safety and delivering a successful mission every time.
The Chief Engineer will also have accountability for planning, organizing and coordinating the activities of the maintenance team in compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, standards and relevant technical data, ensuring serviceability of aircraft to achieve mission success while adhering to all best-practice safety procedures and safety management system philosophies.
