Product Communication Associate

This position is for the product development department at Bayut | dubizzle. You will play a crucial role in the development and communication of products to solve interesting problems in a fast-paced working environment.

What you'll be doing

• Work with a group of talented designers, product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals
• Develop product release schedules to maintain coherence with the product release plans
• Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target users.
• Assist the marketing department to develop product communication strategies and draft marketing collaterals such as press releases, external announcements, and more
• Conduct regular internal product training and create training material to ensure product knowledge and retention across key departments of the organization
• Assist the design team to make UX copy recommendations to new and existing features
• Create reports on feature performance by analyzing the usage and adoption trends

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines:Tech, Marketing amp; Communication, Business Administration or General Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital product communication or similar roles.
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, project management, marketing, customer experience etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Crisis management skills while being a team player
• Problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
