We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Digital Sales Manager to help us expand our clientele and join our talented creative team. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

You will be working with an experienced team of creative Service, UX and UI designers. You will be in charge of driving the overall sales process and working closely with our UX and Creative Leads by identifying client needs and new opportunities. If you’re a tech-savvy trendsetter who has innovative ideas to improve customer experience, we would like to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Promote, and sell UI/UX design using our portfolio and solid arguments for prospective customers across the GCC
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote Brainlake’s design services addressing and predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities and generate leads
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies.
- Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
- Conduct market research, trends, competitors, and customer analysis
Requirements
- Service, UX and UI Design knowledge
- Digital agency experience
- Proven sales track record
- Proven 4+ working experience years as a business development/Sales manager or a relevant role in the GCC region
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Market knowledge
- Proficiency in English - both written and verbal
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Existing network of high-profile clients is a plus
