What You'll Do
- Develop amp; set performance marketing strategy for targeting amp; re-targeting
- Manage all paid ads across multiple social media platforms, search, display amp; retargeting networks, that would maximize customer’s lifetime value
- Manage Facebook Ads, including audience targeting, copywriting, and coordinating asset production with the creative team. Develop robust and clearly defined ad sets and campaigns for Paid Social
- Continuous analysis and testing of content and keywords performance
- Optimizing campaigns amp; budgets meeting agreed-upon KPIs
- Ensure consistent amp; relevant communication content that would educate, aware amp; convert relevant target users
- Support Marketing amp; Business team in testing different value propositions and messages across different channels
- 3+ years in paid digital media customer acquisition experience, preferably within eCommerce
- 2+ years’ experience of paid search and paid social experience
- Proficient in Google ads (Search, Shopping, and Display) and Facebook ads platforms. Familiarity with other channels also preferable
- Preferably data analysis skills, including basic understanding of SQL
- Preferably SEO skills
