The Role
We are looking for an extraordinarily driven individual to help us hire star candidates and deliver a first-class candidate experience. You are self-motivated, highly autonomous and a go-getter who will go above and beyond to get things done. You possess innate startup grit and the ability to juggle many balls and wear many hats. You thrive in a continually evolving and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a network of highly effective BD-focused recruiters across different geographies
  • Work with function heads to help them refine their hiring needs
  • Engage in direct sourcing through multiple channels
  • Help architect the recruitment process across multiple roles ensuring the best candidate experience
  • Design, iterate and consistently track metrics/KPIs across the hiring cycle
  • Help boost our employer branding efforts, thinking creatively on how best to do so
  • Coach interviewers on how to improve their interviewing skills
Requirements
  • 4-5 years in a high-growth environment or world-class firm
  • Experience in sourcing and closing key A-level hires for startups
  • Experience in recruiting in emerging markets (Asia, Africa and/or LATAM); bonus point if experience across different continents
  • Experience working with recruiting agencies and headhunters in emerging markets
  • Strong focus on execution to be able to accelerate from point A to point B and sprint towards outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills to influence, build strong relationships, prioritise and manage expectations effectively
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Fluent in English and at least another language
