We are looking for an experienced product marketing director to develop, drive and manage our product marketing strategy for small businesses across the globe. Managing a team of Product Marketing Leads, you will be tasked to support the launch a Self Service Ads platform that will enable millions of SMB’s to sell their products and advertise on the main SMB Ads platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok..
Ideal candidates are self-starters who have strong product marketing, people management and communication experience; are confident presenters; have the ability to build cross-functional relationships and are passionate about the role that Small and Medium Business play in our economies.
This position is full-time and we will be flexible on the location.Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a Global team of Product marketing managers in APAC, CEE, Middle East amp; Africa.
- Lead product marketing efforts for the launch of our self-service BtoB SaaS platform in 15+ emerging markets with a long term objective of building a truly global brand.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering and senior stakeholders to deliver objectives.
- Deliver programs that drive partner value, sentiment, and product adoption
- Building and continually evolving our product positioning, value proposition and messaging.
- Collaborating with research, design, data, engineering and the wider product discipline to help inform and guide product and feature development
- Determining and measuring success metrics for launch, growth and ongoing adoption. Reporting this data back to the team
- Coach, develop and lead a high-performing team
- Manage activities and report against research, KPIs and budget.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Direct experience using Facebook and/or other major Ads platforms
- Direct experience BtoB SaaS product efforts preferred
- Confident presenter, with strong public speaking skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Resourceful and creative
- Passion for helping small businesses with Ads platforms and technology
- 5+ years product marketing experience preferred.
- BA/BS degree from a leading academic institution, marketing qualifications preferable
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
