You will be responsible for designing products and platforms used by our customers, internal and external. The role requires you to conceptualize and iteratively refine interfaces and workflows to craft the best user experience. You will be involved in every stage of product development, from ideation to adjusting pixels right through the launch. You will be expected to utilize your knowledge and skills of various dimensions of UX design, including interaction design, information architecture and visual design, as the owner of the user experience aspect of our products.Responsibilities- Translate concepts and product requirements into user journeys, personas, storyboards, wireframes, mockups and prototypes aimed at providing intuitive and efficient user interfaces
- Produce low-fidelity and high-fidelity (ready to implement) designs targeted for various devices and interfaces
- Develop and maintain standards, guidelines, component libraries and a design system consistent with the Fenix brand
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core use-cases, and advanced functions amp; features
- Assist with user research, interviews, surveys and usability studies, translating findings into design artifacts
Qualifications- 5 years of experience in product design or related fields
- Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in one or more visual design tools (e.g., Figma)
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS (JavaScript is a plus)
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
