Job Description

We are looking for the Client Servicing Lead of our dreams to join our growing team of talent:

In this role, you will be the lead account manager. You will steer an existing team of 3 senior AMs, supporting, troubleshooting, training, and offering guidance where needed. They’ll report directly to you, and you’ll help them hone their account management skills, and become world-class.

You will contribute to the evolution of our account management team, by identifying, interviewing, and onboarding A-player account managers to support our ongoing and rapid growth - which currently exceeds 7% month-over-month.

You will also be the primary contact person for your allotted clients, which includes some of the region's most prestigious accounts, always updating your clients quickly and professionally, leaving them with a lasting feeling of wow.

Additionally, you will lead, manage and hold accountable your own squad that's comprised of the region’s very best SEO and PPC specialists. With the support of your squad, you’ll manage 10-12 mid-tier to enterprise-level accounts, getting deeply ingrained with their business goals and helping to craft SEO Sherpa’s holistic strategy for tackling them.

Day-to-day you will be monitoring and analyzing the performance of dozens of websites, creating reports, tracking KPIs such as ranking, clicks, impressions, and conversions then working with our team to better our client's results.

You will develop and lead strategic presentations alongside a team of search marketing practitioners aligned with your client's goals.

You’ll be responsible for client retention, NPS, and retainer growth targets, including full ownership of the client renewal and business review process.

Rock-solid SEO/PPC experience, a passion for digital, and a fun-going attitude are a must.

  • You have exceptionally high standards. You are always raising the bar because in your world great just isn’t good enough.
  • You are able to communicate highly complex technical concepts to all levels of understanding. You can explain advanced issues in plain speak to even the most novice marketer or a business owner. In short, you know how to get your point across. Whether you’re writing an email or giving a presentation, your communication style is always concise and effective
  • You have excellent organizational and people management skills and possess the ability to manage competing deadlines. You are proficient at building processes and nurturing teams.
  • You strike the perfect balance between confidence and humility in your professional interactions, being open-minded to new ideas as well as bringing plenty of your own ideas and experiences that drive our business forward.
