We are looking for a kick-ass videographer and editor to join our talented brand marketing team.
Your role will be to conceptualize, film and edit creative video content to tell SEO Sherpa's brand story. You'll work alongside a gifted team of content creators including writers, graphic designers, social media specialists, and digital PRs to inform, educate and inspire our potential customers and community about the work we do.
Your job will be to plan and produce vlogs, case studies, how-to's, social and sales videos all the way from concept to completion. In doing so, you'll be responsible for increasing reach and user engagement on YouTube and other social media channels.
In this position, not only will you own all things video (shooting to post-production), but you'll gain first-hand experience in video marketing (YouTube SEO and ads) whilst working alongside the region's leading specialist in their fields.
Requirements
If you answer "YES" then you'll be a great match for this role:
- You are crazy passionate about all-things video, but still, you view content marketing from a holistic perspective. You get that when video, audio, images, and text-based content are done right, they can work together to drive an avalanche of inbound traffic, leads, and sales.
- You're not only a whizz with a camera in hand, you've got seriously good editing chops as well. You know your way around tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut like a pro.
- Whoever said "the only constant is change" was probably talking about SEO Sherpa. We move at one hundred miles an hour, which is great because you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You approach your work with a sense of urgency and you don’t need to be micromanaged to meet deadlines. You absolutely love freedom and responsibility and you'll get that in abundance at SEO Sherpa.
- It's not just your technique that makes your videos draw eyeballs, you have creativity running through your veins, plus you have wickedly good storytelling skills.
- Your standards are exceptionally high. You are always raising the bar, because in your world great just isn't good enough.
- You are a real team player and relish a collaborative environment. You'll be working with other channel managers to help leverage social, search, email, and other traffic sources to highlight our work and missions around here.
- You've got proven hands-on experience shooting and editing videos in a variety of scenarios. If you are talented and can prove it, we really wanna hear from you.
