Summary: The Business Analyst is responsible for the smooth and efficient use of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across the entire Supply Chain. This involves ensuring correct data is entered and that information can be easily interpreted and managed. This may be done directly, or by supporting other teams in achieving it themselves. You will be heavily involved in the communication of data and analysis across the SC, including report development, turning data into tangible business insights and Master Data management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the go-to person for SC ERP queries; these could be where to find information, reporting queries and how to apply settings to achieve desired outcomes.
- Be the one-stop-shop for updating and maintaining Master Data based on business requests.
- Implement controls to ensure the integrity of the master date is secure and complete
- Validate data to ensure that the information is compliant and supports the business requirements
- Support Customer Service with ongoing reporting needs, ensure Sales reports as build based on the specifications shared across team
- Investigating and identify data quality root causes
- Ensure SC ERP requirements do not conflict with business standards ensuring the protocols and RACI requirements are adopted.
- Coordinate ERP system updates with internal IT support
- Manage user groups and permissions so that the correct people have read and edit access to appropriate areas of ERP.
- Define and create robust reports by writing SQL. These should be defined based on the overall objectives of the other teams as well as your knowledge of available data.
- Help the Supply Planning team as required in ensuring ERP works smoothly as possible including adhoc pieces of work in Excel.

Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- 3+ years’ experience working with master data
- Related business and analytical experience
- Strong communications skills
- Able to take initative and work unsupervised
- Effective problem solver and team player
