As a Principal QA Engineer at Seera, you will be focused on delivering the best experiences using your skills to drive and execute our quality vision. You’ll be re-shaping and implementing the quality cycle to solve quality challenges and create a long-term vision of quality as well as create the best experience possible. You’re a quick-thinker/learner, a quality enthusiast who understands the importance of releasing great software. Pair with engineering lead, product manager, and scrum master to identify gaps, and issues, and communicate the QA roadmap.

Requirements
- Experience working with and testing Salesforce Service Cloud - Experience with setting up Salesforce testing Automation
- Full-stack testing experience for Web-services, Mobile, and Web Apps.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks for processes and recurring tests
- Familiar with testing methodologies/types ; When and how to apply each
- Programming experience is a must (E.g. JavaScript, Java)
- Non-functional testing converting load, performance, and stress testing experience
- Professional experience across the entire Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience with source control and CI/CD tooling (E.g. Git, GitHub, Jenkins)
- Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
- Comfort with data analytics, and A/B testing methodology
- Excellent communication skills; explaining technical problems succinctly and clearly
- Willingness to challenge existing practices in order to make them better
