Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities :Ø Manage/direct the Procurement function to float RFQ's and obtain quotation on time for the inquiries received by SFZCO.Ø Monitor the status of all inquiries received by SFZCO and deal with them.Manage/direct the preparation and issue of tenders/quotation to clients.Review P.O.'s received from client against SFZCO quotation and sort out discrepancies if any.Negotiate with suppliers and finalize P.O.'s/Contract for material supplies/services.Ø Review/authorize Invoices to clients, from suppliers and submit for approval.Ø Monitor material delivery to clients against committed delivery schedule, including documentation.Ø Handle queries from clients/suppliers regarding their inquiries and RFQ's/P.O.'sØ Manage/direct the Material Control function and ensure the efficiency/effectiveness of the same.Ø Review the operating system/procedure and revise/modify them as required to suit the divisions requirements.Ø Manage/direct the Eng'g. Support and Q.C. function in order to ensure client requirements for documentation and product quality. Review existing sources for materials/fabrication and develop new sources, to increase competitive advantage.Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the G.M

Professional Requirements : Ability to manage/organize the Procurement/Material Control Engg'g/QC/QA functions efficiently.Ø Fluent in English language (written/verbal) and computer literate.Excellent leadership/reporting capabilities.Good understanding of the Commercial functions including customs clearance/logistics etc. Good knowledge of materials sourcing
