About the role

The mission for the Digital Marketing Specialist is to maintain and improve part of the current paid marketing activities, combined with finding, testing and scaling new initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage some of the existing marketing channels (Facebook/Instagram, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest, Retargeting) across platforms (Web and App), in order to scale and optimize performance (buyer and seller side).
  • Identify and test new growth channels.
  • Analyze results and create reports as basis for strategy discussions.
  • Actively participate and influence our growth strategy.
  • Work across multiple geographies, time zones and nationalities.

Requirements

We’re looking for a talented and highly motivated candidate to join our team. We are looking for someone who’s:

  • Analytical: You enjoy analyzing data to find patterns and opportunities. You are knowledgeable in Excel and have experience from analytics software (e.g. Google Analytics and Adjust/Firebase).
  • Proactive: You act without being told what to do and can self-handedly push a new project to the finish line.
  • Strong communicator: Both within the team and externally (excellent written/verbal skills). Arabic is a big plus.
  • Creative: You express creativity in your approach to problem solving. You always ask if there’s a better way to do something.
  • Passionate: You’re passionate about your role, your team, and serving our customers.

Experience:

  • You have directly managed digital paid channels, preferably client side (Facebook and Google a must have) for at least 1 year.
  • You have experience from a relevant role in a relevant brand, eCommerce company, Digital Performance Agency, or startup.
  • Ideally, you are passionate about fashion and follow the trends.
  • You have worked with mobile and app marketing.
  • Arabic speaker preferred.
