Summary: Huda Beauty’s mission is to create future focused content and products for our Beauty and Media communities. We are looking to organically grow our platforms and revenue through viral/strong content. The Content Monetization Senior/Manager will have the ability to use data, experience, and intuition to find ways to create new revenue streams for the business. There will be a core focus on all social channel, core products, monetized content, and affiliate marketing programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategize, analyze, and run media ads across all social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) based on past performance and establish niche audiences
Drive collaboration of mixed quantitative and qualitative data analytics creating predictive and prescriptive forecasts for future content
Monitor and optimize ads and content metrics, ensuring impact, revenue, stream, and ROI of all spends and efforts
Utilize all available insights from social media channels, social listening tools, and our proprietary data to regularly surface relevant and actionable insights
Closely monitor campaign performance and proactively reallocate investment between campaigns while driving revenue growth
Localize our campaigns across our target geographies and lead, test, optimize and scale our global audience, product, messaging, creative and segmentation strategies across channels and locales
Define the monthly A/B testing agenda and feedback loop so that insights, data, and best practices are communicated regularly to the broader team
Provide testable content optimizations to grow revenue and improve community experience in alignment with best practices
Build robust reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs and report performance in real time and share the findings with relevant stakeholders across the organization
Create and analyze financial reports on spend, find creative ways to explain financial findings to the team in an easily digestible way
Brainstorm and implement new ways to improve advertising and engagement on all social platforms
Requirements
6+ years of experience in paid media or content monetization with mid to large enterprise environments with multiple business stakeholders
Proven track record of managing content monetization programs resulting in incremental paid and organic growth
Deep understanding of enterprise analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 360 e.g., user behavior and website engagement metrics, dimensions, segments, etc.
A deep understanding of distribution platforms and social ecosystems, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
Familiarity with social media analytical tools such as Facebook Insights, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Analytics, Airtable, Hootsuite, and Iconosquare.
A creative and flexible thinker with high technical acumen and the ability to garner cross-functional support in pursuit of holistic content monetization solutions with evergreen value
Experience in data visualization tools, a data transformation tool (Excel, Google Sheets) and a presentation tool (PowerPoint, Keynote) - comfort with pivot tables is a must
An insatiably curiosity, excited to investigate the why behind post performance and capable of translating their findings into clear, concise, and articulate reports for circulation
Strong skills in management and communication, highly organized and able to prioritize effectively and be self sufficient
