Job Description
Total no of experience: Minimum 2 years is a must
Major Responsibilities:
An excellent communicator and self- starter
Assisting with e-mails, mailings, reports & telephone calls
Ability to work with clients and internal team members across the globe
Proven proficiency with Microsoft office suite is required. Proficiency with other document software is a plus
Job Specification
Managing all front office operations - equipment management, mailings, shipping, travel arrangements, and vendor relations
Fluency in spoken and written English is required and Arabic is a plus
Familiarity with United Arab Emirates, and specifically Abu Dhabi, is required.
