About the role
To lead the entire performance marketing strategy with a focus on brand building and communication strategies. You will also be responsible to build the launch strategy for the new geographies where the group plans to enter.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the overall performance marketing strategies, to show clear brand differentiation and superiority.
- Deliver plans to generate consumer traction and support sales across all channels, ensuring best in class experience across all consumer facing touchpoints.
- Build effective relationship with PR amp; Comms team to maximize power of Paid / Owned amp; Earned
- Leverage insight and data to inform strategies and build plans amp; campaigns
- Manage budget with high accuracy and agility balancing top line growth together with bottomline
- Developing Brand Marketing Campaigns and Product Launch Campaigns that deliver business objectives for growth and revenue plus brand awareness and engagement across our Target Audience.
- Strong third party/external agency management skills including contract negotiation and KPI/Output setting.
- Strategic thinker, with skills in building brand awareness and positioning as part of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Excellent understanding of consumer mindset keeping in mind and ability to build data driven insights that help shape Marketing/Brand campaigns from start to finish.
- Creative content mindset, able to translate brand strategy into string visual communications across social/digital channels.
Requirements
- Solid marketing background with proven experience at a management level.
- Strong knowledge of digital media on top of traditional media.
- Line management experience essential.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
