Who You Are
We’re looking for a Regional Recruiter to join our growing Global People Team. As the Regional Recruiter for MENA and APAC you will work with hiring managers and HR Partners to define hiring needs and own the full-cycle recruitment process for positions in MENA (Dubai amp; Saudi) and APAC (Malaysia, Singapore, etc...). You will be a key resource for leaders, helping them understand what it takes to attract, retain and develop the best talent through coaching, mentoring, and educational opportunities
In addition, you will support candidates throughout all stages of the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a partner, advisor, and expert to hiring managers for all things related to recruiting.
- Guide candidates through the full recruitment process, ensuring they have an excellent experience, regardless of the outcome.
- Consult with recruiting peers, hiring managers, and the HR team to develop search strategies to proactively recruit diverse talent.
- Create offer recommendations, negotiate, and close candidates.
- Develop and improve on 500’s candidate sourcing capabilities and strategies in local markets, through multiple channels including the applicant pool, team's network and direct outreach activities.
- Contribute to and manage ad-hoc projects that enable our team's impact across the globe.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of recruiting experience, managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience recruiting for high-growth technology companies, VC firms, or consultancies.
- Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally within a fast-paced and international team/organization.
- A commitment to DEI and implementing more inclusive approaches to hiring.
- Solid understanding of the regional talent market and ability to leverage and build connections throughout the region.
- Ability to utilize a variety of tools to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruiting a variety of roles.
