Allurion is looking for a Field Training Manager to coach and develop our field sales team members in our MEA region.
As the Field Training Manager, MEA, you will drive business by creating individualized learning interventions equipped with the knowledge and tools to drive productivity and successfully engage accounts, through ensuring the 4C Success model is implemented consistently. The Field Training Manager, MEA will ensure all sales teams are at a baseline level of knowledge and are demonstrating compliance of the 4C Success Model within their clinics. You will work alongside three other Field Training Managers located in other regions including LATAM, APAC, and EU. In addition to 1:1 coaching in the field, you will also be asked to create content for our digital learning platform, The 4C Learning Lab.
