Job Description

Allurion is looking for a Field Training Manager to coach and develop our field sales team members in our MEA region.

As the Field Training Manager, MEA, you will drive business by creating individualized learning interventions equipped with the knowledge and tools to drive productivity and successfully engage accounts, through ensuring the 4C Success model is implemented consistently. The Field Training Manager, MEA will ensure all sales teams are at a baseline level of knowledge and are demonstrating compliance of the 4C Success Model within their clinics. You will work alongside three other Field Training Managers located in other regions including LATAM, APAC, and EU. In addition to 1:1 coaching in the field, you will also be asked to create content for our digital learning platform, The 4C Learning Lab.

As a Field Training Manager, MEA your responsibilities will include:

  • Creation and implementation of coaching and certification plan for assigned region as well as expand, amend and revise programs as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
  • Delivering engaging field based 1:1 coaching /training to a high standard, in line with our brand values, 4C Success Model and tailored to specific learning/commercial needs.
  • Continuously monitoring individual sales team performance tracked to KPIs creating learning interventions where required
  • Set clear objectives and evaluate results from each visit and record this effectively, analyzing results and continuously seeking to improve.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to agree the education priorities and specific training needs within your region, based on both quantitative and qualitative data and people performance priorities.
  • Utilizing coaching tools/training to demonstrate successful implementation of 4C Success Model in clinics
  • Work across functions with Commercial teams, Regional Sales Directors, and the Professional Education Team.
  • Keep up to date with developments in coaching by reading relevant journals, going to meetings, and attending relevant courses

What we are looking for in you:

  • 5+ years in Talent Development, Sales Consulting and/or Sales Management
  • Proven experience in implementing corporate coaching plans (minimum 3 years)
  • BSc/BA in business, HR, coaching, or relevant field is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of training concepts and adult learning principles
  • Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
  • Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint)
  • Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Critical thinking and decision making
  • Extensive travel required within region (80%) but also internationally (20%)
