Job Purpose: The Sales Associate will be a part of fast-paced store providing excellent services experience to all customers. You will ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service through strong product knowledge and utilization of proven sales techniques. Performs daily functions as directed by management. You will be committed to maintaining cost control, maximizing sales to the best of your ability being accountable towards store contribution and merchandising opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Promptly greets customers on the sales floor, ensuring all customer needs are being met.
You will be responsible for open or even closing responsibilities of the location.
Assists management in the daily maintenance and physical appearance of the department
Operates the POS system, processing customer transactions proficiently.
Assists with the processing of incoming merchandise shipments, and placing new merchandise on the selling floor.
Abides by and adheres to all applicable company policies and procedures.
Additional responsibilities as required by management.
Job Specification
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts, as dictated by the needs of the business.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service or retail experiences a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make decisions.
Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
2-5 years of experience in sales in the Retail Industry.
