We're searching for a talent who could:

• Manage product development cycle of hardware products.
  
• Work closely with scrum master and other stakeholders.
  
• Evaluate and give advice on the quality and standards.
  
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development.
  
• Align the team with product strategy.
  
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
  
• Work closely with Business development team, development, product and customers to create product backlog.
  
• Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
  
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage customer expectations.
  
• Serve as the voice of the customer in the development process and perform story acceptance on their behalf.
  
• Solve product related problems, make decisions, and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments

Requirements

3+ years of relevant product development/ownership experience in high tech industry with a track record of successful product delivery as a product owner (PO) or business analyst (BA)

Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

Knowledge within the fields of production and supply chain

Knowledge of Agile process and principles

Extensive knowledge about hardware product development

BA/MA in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field (Optional)

Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Dedicated to learning and growing

Ambition to build high quality products

Industrial design skills (Plus)

Knowledge in programming and algorithms (Plus)
