We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Product Associate, to help us grow a digital product around Accommodation under our Almosafer brand. You will be working closely with the business, product leadership, developers, UX, and UI on discovering what the market and our customers need, and putting that all into practice by delivering Saudi’s biggest products.

Responsibilities
- Work in an integrated product team (UX, Product, Tech) to build a new product across platforms (web, mweb and native app)
- Collaborating in translating customer and business objectives into measurable and attainable key results across all phases of the product life cycle (MVP launch, product/market fit, and product scaling)
- Participate in continuous qualitative and quantitative research to identify and define customer problems and needs to create value
- Apply analytical thinking and methodologies to prioritize which problems to solve in order to drive impact
- Partner with the UX and tech team to ideate on potential solutions to iteratively solve those problems in the most effective and delightful way
- Define a product roadmap together with product leadership and the team
- Design and run experiments to validate value, useability, feasibility and viability risks
- Break down and translate experiments and solutions into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams
- Assist in analyzing and reporting on the product performance to stakeholders and product leadership
- Drive teams delivery with your UX and tech lead applying scrum practices, methodology and rituals
- Drive team’s efficiency by leading scrum’s ceremonies etc. to ensure we deliver quality continuously in an agile way
- Conduct and analyze A/B tests to optimize the best solution using Google Optimize and Analytics
- Collaborate with other product teams to help grow the product in other product verticals
- Collaborate with other parts of the business (Marketing, content, connectivity, operations ) to enable them to drive adoption and operational efficiency for your product.
Requirements
- Speaks Arabic fluently
- Has a strong growth mindset

- Has an agile mindset (scrum experience preferable)

- Has an understanding of API endpoints
- Has excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiar with Google Analytics or similar tracking tools
Desired experience and qualifications
- Minimal 1 year of experience working in product teams in a b2c e-commerce organization
- Degree qualification or equivalent in computer science, UX or similar, or relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of SQL and other analytics tools like google analytics, tableau etc. is a plus
- Experience working in the digital travel or real estate industry is a plus
