We are looking to hire for a Senior QA Automation Engineer - Frontend. We are currently in the middle of a massive digital transformation within the organization.
Seera is the new name for Al Tayyar Travel Group, the largest travel and tourism group in the MENA region.
- Build, recommend and maintain appropriate automation framework.
- Convert test scenarios to automated test cases as the primary task.
- Ensure automated tests are integrated and executed reliably in the CI/CD environments.
- Perform functional amp; non-functional testing to support the development team.
- Participate and review requirements , specifications during sprint planning.
- Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimating , prioritizing, planning and coordinating testing activities during SDLC.
- Work as a member of an Agile SCRUM team delivering high-quality software.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and document issues thoroughly during bugs tracking.
- Ability to act as stand-alone and define tasks to start QA efforts in an Agile team.
- Document software issues and enhancement requests and assist development with concise and detailed steps for duplication of the defects found while performing manual, functional, integration, and regression tests.
Requirements
- 4+ Years of solid experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Experience with any web automation framework.
- Experience in JavaScript or Java as a programming language.
- Solid test automation background to fulfill the automation tasks.
- Experience with cypress or any JavaScript based framework is a plus.
- Experience for API testing is a plus.
- Load and Performance testing experience is a plus.
- CI amp; CD tools experience.
- Hands-on git command line.
- Strong knowledge of Software QA methodologies, testing types, tools, and processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot front-end, network logs for client side testing.
