Job Description

  • Onboarding CF teams (Sales, Customer success, Inside Sales, Partners teams, Presales)
  • Products Training for CF teams
  • Working closely with product teams related to new features updates, to be shared with teams
  • Prices trainings
  • Building and Executing Technical and Soft Material with related parties for CF teams
  • Overlooking Technical and soft skills trainings for sales
  • Building and executing knowledge assessment program for CF teams,
  • Account Planning Training for CF teams
  • ROB and dashboards trainings for CF teams
  • Sharing Product Updates for CF teams,
  • Ability to transfer knowledge in a creative way to Sales and Customer success teams,
  • Manage CF LMS system content uploads, expiration of materials, permission access to learners for internal and external channels.
  • Ability to Coach CF teams
  • Ability to build and train Sales guidelines/catalogue booklet,
  • Learned proficiency in CRM software and applications.
  • Provide a mentor and leadership role with one sales rep report.
  • Create and conduct sales training sessions design to target CF deficiencies.
  • Deliver a new, innovative sales training process for new sales teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales enablement, direct sales, customer success, sales operations, product marketing, and/or project management experience at a SaaS or tech company
  • A self-starter, comfortable taking initiative and working with cross-functional, executive-level decision makers to uncover needs and resolve pressing business issues
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while adhering to high levels of accuracy and quality of work
  • Excellent communication skills and experience writing, editing, and presenting to multiple levels of an organization
  • Strong understanding of the pre-sales and post-sales process including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, close, account management, and customer support
  • Possess entrepreneurial spirit, drive and desire to develop within a high-growth company
  • Experience designing and delivering organizational change management programs
