Food Safety Trainer
Rentokil Initial, United Arab Emirates

• Ensure that delivered services are aligned with our food safety manual terms and regulations.
• Design, initiate and implement in a timely manner safe food systems such as ISO 22000, HACCP, QPA, GMP, Kitchen Audits and others.
• Develop food safety manuals for specific clients (ISO, HACCP, GMP or others).
• Conduct courtesy calls and visits.
• Conduct kitchen audits and prepare gap analysis and other relevant reports.
• Organize, provide and deliver of our Food Safety training programs
• Manage training delivery, evaluation and follow up as needed.
• Handle exams’ process and issue certificates accordingly.
• Maintain data entries and data integrity on our systems.
• Participate in the organization of Public Health events internally and externally.
• Support Sales team by providing them with leads and technical assistance during prospecting phase
• This will be for our Abu Dhabi branch only

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Food Sciences, Environmental Health, Nutrition or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Training or relevant field.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Office.
• With ADFSA certificate.
