1. KITCHEN TECHNICIAN
Job Responsibility’s:
Maintain and repair commercial/industrial kitchen equipment (e.g. refrigerator, freezer, mixer, cooking range, oven, dough divider, stir machine, ice/ice cream machine)
Job Specification
Essential Qualifications:
Trade school qualification in refrigeration and air conditioning
Experience in the trouble shooting industrial/commercial kitchen equipment in hospitality industry
Experience/knowledge of electrical control
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of environment friendly refrigerants
