We are looking for an experienced Chatbot Designer to join our team, to build rule-based chatbots on our bot platform.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in building a bot flow using drag-and-drop interface, as well as the ability to develop, test, and deploy bots within a given timeframe.

Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from clients about the bot flow.
- Create the content of the bot.
- Build the bot flow and adding the content to each step.
- Integrate with clients’ External systems using APIs.
- Test the flow on one of the channels.
- Deliver the bot to testing team and fixing any issues reported.
- Deploy the bot on Live environment for the client to use.
Qualifications
- Development background.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with natural language processing computer programs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.
- Experience with different chatbot builders, for Example: Dialogflow, Botpress and Amazon Lex.
