They are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate their business activity for there newly established regional office in Dubai. Responsible for increasing the client base, this role will be key to the continued growth of the company in the region. The Role: Key responsibilities include: - Responsible for overall business operation and business activities - Identify business opportunities - both Vendor and Customer - Present solutions to large corporate customers - Gain orders from clients - Plan and implement marketing strategies to drive new business - Customer management, account planning and forecasting - Streamline and improve business processes - Maintaining all relevant management information systems - Preparing quotes and proposals for customers. - Developing and maintaining partner relationships - Responsible for project management, planning, implementation and support

The Candidate: You must be a committed, flexible and highly motivated individual who will do whatever it takes to make the business a success, above and beyond the limits of the job description. This is an exciting opportunity but like any young business this is not a nine to five role. We place a significant importance on a good balance between home life and work but sometimes you will need to work a longer day. You must be self motivated and have a proven track record in IT industry. The key attributes of the person we are looking for include: - Masters degree in business/marketing or IT - Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) - Project management, business application consulting experience - Committed and dedicated towards completion of the IT projects - Strong new business/account management background - Proven proactive high level sales experience - Minimum of 5 years experience in the IT industry - Strong understanding of sales processes - Quick to learn - Experience in replying to and winning large tenders - Articulate - Formal Sales training - Good attention to detail - Able to work in a small team - Self motivated - Used to using CRM systems, as well as Microsoft Office products - Target driven and sales focused The Salary: Excellent tax free package
