Job Summary:
Primary purpose of this position is to plan, develop and manage the Brand. This includes systems and project planning, estimating, execution, implementation, sales targets and ongoing support. Individual will work closely with the functional areas to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of systems solutions deployed in support of business goals and objectives. The position will also be responsible for technical & sales staff development and vendor relationship management.

- Align himself with corporate vision while maintaining consumer division objectives
- Practice and manage discipline Company-wide including management of the corporation within the policies established.
- Set and present goals and targets in offcial meetings
o Project Managing
This position will be responsible for Brand Development and Project planning, estimating, tracking and sales force management. This includes working with the business functional areas, Problem recognition and solving in current system and external customers and vendors in defining systems/project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements. Position will provide leadership and direction to the technical & sales staff. This position will also be responsible to manage and consulting vendor relationship, service delivery and overall performance. Furthermore,
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
- Manages project budget.
- Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures and monitors receivables for project.
- Follows up with clients, when necessary.
- Analyzes project profitability, sales, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
o Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Job Specification
The candidate:
Required:
- MBA with strong brand development & project management concepts
- 2-3 year experience of Product development/ Brand Management
Preferred:
- MBA with strong brand development & project management concepts
- Familiar with designing tools i.e. Adobe, Flash, etc
