Job Description

The client: Our client is Abu Dhabi based group of entrepreneurs. The Role: Job Family: Business Development Reports to: CEO Supervises: Supervisory Job Summary: The key position reports to the CEO, and is responsible for the organization's consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives. The key personal will play vital role in business expansion, development and administration. Responsibilities - Primary Responsibilities o Organizational - Practice all businesses activities align with company vision and objectives - To sustain and improve organizational culture by benchmarking the latest global standards. - Prominently make its place in corporate world while representing the company to the community as Fund raising Event Managers - Explore communities to take up their small manageable events e.g. schools functions, product launches or campaigns - Introduce and Market existing products/brands to the corporate sector - Develop contacts with the philanthropic, business and public sector communities to increase awareness of the company. - Assist the CEO in monitoring and long-range planning for the Corporate Division. - Set and Present short term and long term Objectives in board meetings on annual basis. - Set and Present goals and targets in official meetings - Serve as a spokesperson for the company and delegate responsibilities as appropriate. o Divisional - Maintain vision for the company and make divisional objectives align with it. - Develop annual budgets for Corporate, Consumer & Global Divisions, monitor revenues and expenses to insure compliance. - Monitor and provide guidelines to other divisions in alignment with corporate objectives - To gain a substantial market share, to manage and sustain the target customer portfolios by exercising practices remaining within the set financial parameters and objectives for the division. - To develop, execute and use advertising tools, marketing plans, strategies and campaigns to meet the desired results. o Developmental - To develop, edit, execute and make business or professional proposals and presentations for MNC or Highest standards of industrial norms to both internal and external stakeholders including prospective individuals, clients and or corporations. - Compose annual letters, facilitate development and implementation of 2- 4 company newsletters a year and company's website as a marketing tool - Secure sponsorships for events and special projects as need arises o Administrative - Organizational - Recruit, screen and hire staff or delegate as appropriate. - Company-wide administration including management of the corporation within the policies established. - To record, modify, improve, execute and develop existing and new policies, procedures, systems and manuals for various functions within and outside the department at integrated or relevant levels. o Administrative - Managerial - To develop and sustain challenging teams by hiring, training and terminating employees in marketing and sales divisions. - To develop, maintain relationships and to outsource or award necessary contracts or services to or with the third parties including professionals, agencies, consultants, suppliers and or firms with a view point to save cost and time value or to meet the need of professionalism to upshot main objectives of the brand. - Monitor project compliance including timely reporting. - Monitoring of several on-going projects. - Actively manage and supervise Director of Services, Financial Manager, Administrative Coordinator, consultants and others as needed

Job Specification

The Candidate: Essential Qualifications: - Ability to lead an organization, develop and drive strategic vision of the organization. - Proven abilities in fundraising, grant writing, successful contract compliance and capital fund raising experience desirable. - Strong written and verbal communication skills including public speaking. - Experience coordinating collaborative efforts to further a specific mission. - Knowledge of social services management and funding. - Working knowledge in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint. - Ability to work with a wide variety of individuals and groups and a demonstrated commitment to diversity in the workplace and accessible services. - Any experience working with Events Management is a big plus. Position Requirements - At least 3-4 years of experience in a management position and/or graduate level degree in public relations administration, business or related fields. - Demonstrated fund raising or public relations experience. - Demonstrated ability in fiscal and human resource management. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects.
