We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to join our Data Intelligence team. The person will be supporting our Product team in their analytics and the main responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, experiments and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements based on data insights. The person should be able to provide not only descriptive insights but prescriptive recommendations as well.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Act as a single point of contact for the product team for their data needs
- Perform and deliver analytical work on ad-hoc requests and strategic projects from the team
- Identify data needs that require building a product and channel them through Data Governance
- Define and execute detailed use cases for analytic and monetization initiatives
- Perform training delivery and handover of analytic and monetization initiatives
- Analyze and approve improvement requests for analytic and monetization
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in STEM' or bus. admin
- 4+ years of experience in ecommerce and product analytics is a must
- Prior experience in setting up and analyzing experiments using bi-variate and multivariate testing
- Knowledge of advanced statistical and analytical tools and methodologies
- Knowledge of qualitative research methodologies
- Prior experience in travel industry is preferred
- Fluent English, fluent Arabic (preferred)
