As a MFS Pricing amp; Financial Planning Manager in Optasia, you will be responsible for the business cases, pricing options and financial planning with focus on the Mobile Financial Services.
What you will do
- Prepare pricing options and business cases for Mobile Financial Services (MFS / cash lending) products and services
- Carry out MFS financial planning including monthly forecast and yearly budget
- Work with the relevant teams to secure partnership with banks / financial institution partners in target geographies to launch MFS products
- Assess the competitive landscape and propose pricing strategies for MFS products
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes to identify threats and opportunities
- Provide required business intelligence in ongoing commercial engagements with banks / FI partners and Mobile Network Operators
- Participate in negotiations with banks / FI partners on commercial pricing
- Build relationship with banks / FI partners across the key target geographies
- Identify new growth opportunities new products and entering new geographies
- Present pricing strategies and options to Credit Committee for approval
- Support with treasury management and post-deployment optimization of product and pricing propositions
What you will bring
- Bachelor's Degree; In Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Analytics or equivalent discipline
- Strong background in financial services products and services
- Min 5 years of caliber experience in a financial services industry working on product pricing
- Ability to present and communicate effectively to internal teams, key partners and executive management
- Strong expertise in data analysis, excel, power point and market research.
- CFA qualification certificate will be considered a plus
