We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Requirements
- Must have Min 1 year prior Sales experience in Dubai Market. Minimum 1-year experience of Off plan sales or secondary market in UAE Real Estate.
- Must Have a valid UAE driving license.
- Remarkable presentation and communication skills, Fluent in English amp; other languages will be an added advantage.
- Strong Sales, Negotiation and convincing skills.
- Time management and punctuality.
- Target driven approach.
- Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
- Should possess good knowledge of Dubai Real Estate as well as RERA Rules and Regulations. Established network of industry contacts and property listings.
- Must be Self-motivated, goal-oriented and accountable.
- Must be able to start immediately.
- Must be Presentable, well groomed amp; well mannered.
