Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales of our plastic packaging products. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with potential customers
• Present and promote our plastic packaging products to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and pricing
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet sales targets
• Attend trade shows, events, and industry conferences to network and build relationships with potential customers
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plastic packaging industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
