We are an offshore development agency headquartered in Dubai. We need SEO/SEM specialits who can work from home. All members are hired on contract basis and treated as remote employees. Ideal candidates must have 2 plus years of solid SEO/SEM experience with ability to work for at least 6 hours a day. Highly competent and motivated. Should be able to work independently and in teams.
Job Specification
Creating, planning and executing an organic search (SEO) strategy, including content writing and linking strategies;
Providing technical advice and support on our apps portals in the field of SEO;
Analyzing competitors and successful SEO websites to spot new opportunities;
Maintaining a deep understanding of key SEO issues, Google algorithm updates and tooling possibilities;
Continually monitoring new advancements in SEO and evaluating their risk/reward if implemented within the company, given
current traffic patterns;
Managing, monitoring, analyzing, optimizing and reporting on all running SEO projects;
Educating and training internal employees in SEO tools, help promote SEO awareness and best practice across the
organization including educating online and content stakeholders;
Identifying and analyzing technical SEO issues to ensure effective bot crawling of our portals, providing feedback and
support to developers to drive improvements; and
Researching, identifying and establishing high quality links in cooperation with PR.
Desired Skills & Experience
2+ years of solid experience in the field of SEO/SEM
Experience working on large sites and mobile apps
Strong understanding of Web analytics and SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Xenu, Screaming Frog, SEOmoz, Majestic, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of SEO strategies, including for Google Universal Search/Google Local
Understanding of Social Media, SEO/SEM and conversion optimization
Analytical ability, accuracy, and skill with numbers
Solid oral and written communication skills in English
Goal-oriented, precise, ambitious, and pragmatic with a problem-solving attitude
