Social Content Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement and manage the company's social media strategy and campaigns across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
2. Create and publish compelling and engaging content that drives traffic, increases brand awareness and engagement.
3. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, changes, and best practices.
4. Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategy with broader marketing initiatives.
5. Build and manage a social media editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content is being created.
6. Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
7. Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget management, targeting and reporting.
8. Track and analyze social media metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategy and campaigns.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and customer service to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
10. Identify and manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates to drive awareness and engagement.
