PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To lead the Sales Team to ensure that value added propositioning is presented to potential clients, in line with the overall objectives and growth plans of the business. With an Entrepreneurial nature you will be responsible for driving the business forward within a highly competitive market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall responsibility for leadership of sales activities across regions.
Face of the organization, present a professional image at all times
Managing the sales team to achieve & exceed expectations.
Determining market trends & competitive analysis to formulate effective way forward
Lead a large multinational sales team across multiple locations.
Must have around 8 years of experience within direct Sales
Age bracket no older than 40- males only
Must be currently managing a team of at least 6-7 people
