Special Projects Coordinator - Dubai

Reporting to the Middle East Lead, the Special Projects Coordinator will support with the initiatives in the region, ranging from events to partnerships with local businesses. You will be the key driver behind projects supporting PANGAIA’s growth in the Middle East by bringing key stakeholders (both internal and external) together, managing the process from planning to execution, and ensuring on-time delivery to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects within our roadmap, organising and leading meetings, taking minutes, assigning and tracking actions, and presenting outcomes/learnings to the team.
• Supporting the planning and delivery of special events spanning across lifestyle, arts, fashion, sport and sustainability. This includes projects with the local ministry.
• Create and deliver inspiring and impactful presentations to help secure deals to support our growth
• Manage our business partnerships and local relationships by being a key point of contact projects with the local ministry
• Support the retail team with store openings, pop-ups and wholesale partnerships by localising our customer experience.
• Support the marketing team in executing our Middle East marketing strategy, spanning across localised content, influencer strategy, local marketing and collaborations.

Requirements

About you

• Exceptional project management skills and demonstrated experience managing projects with stakeholders and meeting tight deadlines
• Well organised and able to work autonomously.
• Strong communicator and able to cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders and potential partners.
• Good presentation skills with the ability to convey key messages in an engaging way
• Ability to problem solve and be solutions driven to overcome challenges that may block the delivery of a project
• Passionate about the PANGAIA mission and motivated to help bring our work to the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of the Middle East region, local norms and ways of working
