Requirements

  • Customer focus on inbound customer service center appreciated
  • Use of Zendesk or other customer service software appreciated
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to organize and prioritise duties throughout the day
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in Arabic and English; other languages are appreciated
  • Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible with the capacity to accept change
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to participate in process improvement projects
