Requirements
- Customer focus on inbound customer service center appreciated
- Use of Zendesk or other customer service software appreciated
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to organize and prioritise duties throughout the day
- Excellent written and spoken skills in Arabic and English; other languages are appreciated
- Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible with the capacity to accept change
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and willingness to participate in process improvement projects
