• Partners with line management to provide a wide range of HR Support on employee issues (recruitment, performance management amp; development).
• Serves as an active member of the Culture team, identifying opportunities to improve our culture and employee engagement.
• Trains and educates all employees on effective us of HR tools and systems.
• Identifies opportunities to simplify HR Policies amp; Procedures in line with the HR Strategy.
• Manages HR onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Demonstrated success in workforce planning, performance management and/or talent management

Requirements

• Must be able to work independently as well as on internal teams
• Must have excellent communication skills including written and verbal
• Working knowledge of local labor laws
